For two years I had to find something to lean on the moment I stood up. I did injections twice. Both wore off before eight weeks. A wired TENS I bought off Amazon did nothing I could feel. My son found this. I do it every morning before I get up from the recliner. Three weeks in I walked the whole supermarket without sitting down once.
Questions men ask first
Isn't this just a TENS unit?
The Daily Reset does TENS: that is the Calm half. But a basic TENS only sends a tingling signal to the surface nerves. Hold mode sends a deeper pulse that makes your back muscle contract on its own, the same muscle the FDA approved a surgical implant to reach in 2020. One device. Two jobs.
Isn't TENS just masking it?
Correct. Calm only settles the nerve for the session. Hold is the other half: a stronger pulse that makes the deep back muscle squeeze and release, something it cannot do on its own. Both happen while you lean forward, where the nerves have the most room.
My stenosis is mechanical. Nothing creates more room.
Leaning forward does, measurably. Upright MRI showed up to 80% more space around the nerves leaning forward than standing straight (Papavero 2020). The shopping-cart lean worked because of physics, not luck. Every session runs in that position.
What's in the box
- 2 wireless pods
- 2 gel pads (about 30 days of daily use)
- Magnetic charging case with level display and controls on the case
- Charging cable
- Large-print instruction card
- Free skin-prep wipes
How to use it
- Sit in a chair and lean slightly forward. Elbows on your knees or on a table.
- Peel the gel pads and press one pod on each side of your lower back. The card shows the exact spot.
- Press the button on the case. Start on a low level, 2 or 3.
- After a few minutes, switch to Hold mode. Turn it up until you feel a firm tightening in your lower back.
- It shuts off on its own after 15 minutes. Once a day.
Who should not use it
Do not use the Daily Reset if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator (ICD), epilepsy, a diagnosed heart condition, or if you are pregnant. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before your first session.

Read the science
- The squeeze, measured. 30 stenosis patients on upright MRI: up to 80% more space around the nerves leaning forward than standing straight. Nerve roots were bunched in 80% standing, 17% flexed. (Papavero 2020)
- The pressure in the canal. Around 117 mmHg standing and leaning back. Around 15–18 mmHg bending forward. (Takahashi 1995; Kobayashi 2014)
- Why the scan didn't show it. 47% of people in their 60s show narrowing on CT, but only 11% have symptoms. Lying-down scans miss the standing squeeze. (Kalichman 2009)
- Why the shots wore off. 400-patient trial, age 50+, stenosis: steroid plus numbing agent was no better than numbing agent alone at six weeks. (Friedly 2014, NEJM)
- TENS across 381 trials. Pain was meaningfully lower during and after TENS than with placebo in 24,532 people. (Johnson 2022)
- EMS reaches the deep muscle. Surface stimulation at L4–L5 contracted both the surface and deep multifidus on ultrasound. The FDA approved a surgical implant (ReActiv8, 2020) to switch this same muscle on. (Baek 2014)
Stand Longer Without Lower Back Pain: It Starts With the Lean
- 1Standing straight squeezes the nerves in your lower back. That's why it hurts more the longer you stand.
- 2Leaning slightly forward gives them up to 80% more room, so the pressure comes off.
- 3The Daily Reset does its work in that position, so you can stand and walk longer without the pain.

Your spinal canal works like a garden hose under a folding chair. Stand up straight and the chair sits down on the hose: the nerves in your lower back get squeezed. Lean forward, the cart position, and the chair lifts. The hose opens.
Upright MRI shows up to 80% more room around your nerves in that lean than standing straight. Your scan was taken lying down. It never caught the squeeze. Shots and pills didn't fail you. They were aimed at the picture, not the moment you stand.
How It Works: One 15-Minute Session a Day, Sitting Down
- 1Sit in a chair and lean slightly forward. This takes the pressure off your lower back.
- 2Gentle pulses calm the pain first (TENS).
- 3Then stronger pulses make your deep back muscle tighten and release (EMS), the muscle that keeps your lower back steady.

Open: sit and lean slightly forward. That is the position. Nerves have room. Pressure drops. Every session runs here.
Calm: the pods send a TENS signal through your lower back. The nerve settles. This technology calmed nerve pain in 24,532 people across 381 trials.
Hold: the pods switch to EMS. Your deep back muscle contracts on its own, something it cannot do without the signal. That is the part a $40 wired TENS cannot reach.

Honest Results, Session by Session

The nerve settles during Calm. For Hold, turn it up until you feel a firm tightening in your lower back, not just a tingle. That is the muscle working.

Your lower back may feel looser and less tense after each session. Keep going daily. The muscle is learning a new routine.

Most men notice they can stand and walk longer before the ache in their lower back sets in. The change is gradual. Daily use matters more than intensity.

You still have 60 nights on your guarantee. If your lower back does not let you stand longer than when you started, send it back. We cover the return.
Questions
Will it make my nerve worse?
The session shuts off on its own after 15 minutes. Start low and work up over the first few days. 15 minutes daily is the routine, not all day.
Is it strong enough to actually feel the muscle working?
It has 16 levels. For Hold, turn it up until you feel a firm tightening in your lower back, not just tingling. Most men land between levels 10 and 14.
I can't reach my own back. Can I put it on by myself?
The pods are wireless and each one sits on its own gel pad. You press them on with one hand while leaning forward. The case controls everything, no wires to connect.
How long do the pads last, and can I get more?
About 30 days of daily use per pad set. Tiers 2 and 3 include enough pads for all 90 nights. Refill pads are available right away for $20 per set: you order when you're ready.
Is it safe if I have a pacemaker?
No. Do not use the Daily Reset if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator (ICD), epilepsy, a diagnosed heart condition, or if you are pregnant. Ask your doctor if you are unsure.
Why $89 when I can get a TENS for $40 on Amazon?
A $40 TENS only calms the nerve: the Calm half. The Daily Reset adds Hold mode, which makes the deep back muscle contract on its own. Plus: wireless, the forward-lean protocol, and a 90-night no-fight guarantee.
Can I use it more than once a day?
Once a day is enough. 15 minutes in the forward-lean position, daily, is the full routine. Research on nerve stimulation shows more isn't better: consistent daily use is what builds the result.
