Where do I find my tracking number?
It is in the email we sent you the moment your package left, with the subject line “Your EpticLabs order is on its way”. Check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox — it lands there more often than it should.
The number only starts showing movement once the carrier scans the package, which can take a day or two after you get the email. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Still nothing after a week?
Email support@epticlabs.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves. You do not have to do that part.
